Q: How do I check the cell phone model number of my cell phone?

Q: What IMPORTANT things do I need to do to make sure I have a successful Backup or Update?

A: 1) During the “Save to CellStik” or “Update to Phone” process, keep your cell phone on the main screen, the screen with your cell phone provider’s name and the current time and date. Do not press any cell phone keys during this time.

3) Make sure your cell phone is fully charged.

4) For flip or slider type cell phones, make sure to keep the flip or slider at the open position and do not open and close it during the “Save to CellStik” or “Update to Phone” process.

Q: What do the different status lights mean?

A: The different status lights inform you of the status of CellStik when it is plugged into your cell phone.

Q: When I plug CellStik into the USB port and open CellStik Central a Windows error opens that says “Windows-No Disk. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive.”

A: If this messages appears, you most likely have another USB device that is interfering with CellStik and CellStik Central.  Please try unplugging your other USB devices.  Devices such as Compact Flash Card readers for your digital camera or other removeable disk drives are probably the devices you should unplug first.

Q: When I plug my CellStik into the USB port of my computer and then open CellStik Central, it tells me "To open CellStik Central, please plug  your CellStik into the USB port." but it already is plugged into the USB port.
